PSX Adventure Pack
A downloadable asset pack
A PS1/PSX-inspired Spyro-like desert environment asset pack designed for retro adventure games, exploration prototypes, stylized platformers and game jam projects.
The pack is built around sandy terrain pieces, rocky formations and stylized environment props. The mood is somewhere between a PS1-era adventure game and stylized low-resolution desert space.
The pack includes a master Blender file, exported FBX files, exported GLB/GLTF files, textures, and a Unity package containing prefabs set up with the correct materials.
Many of the assets are ready to drop into a scene, including sand terrain pieces, cliffs, tower, gate, pillars, and tress.
A sample level is included to demonstrate how the assets and textures can be used together but I'm sure you can make much more from the texture atlas.
This is not meant to be a perfect technical recreation of any specific rendering style. It is a practical stylized art-direction pack for building readable, low-resolution, adventure-style desert environments quickly.
Texture Style / Texel Density
The assets are built around an approximately 8 pixels per metre texel density where practical, but the system is intentionally loose to allow more expressive scaling and variation across terrain pieces and props.
All textures are hand-painted pixel art and designed specifically for this pack, then combined into a single texture atlas to keep draw calls low and maintain a consistent stylized look across all assets.
The look is intentionally simple, readable, and stylized. The goal is not realism, but a cohesive retro-inspired desert adventure aesthetic with clear forms and strong silhouette readability.
File Formats
- Master Blender file
- FBX exports
- GLB/GLTF exports
- Texture files
- Unity package with prefabs and materials set up
The GLB/GLTF files are included for use in engines such as Godot, but I mainly work in Blender and Unity. I do not personally use Godot, so the Godot workflow has not been fully tested.
Included Content
- Sandy terrain pieces
- Structural props
- Unity prefabs with materials set up
- Blender source file for editing or exporting

Development Note
A sample level is included to demonstrate typical use of the assets in a desert environment scene. It is not intended as a complete level.
The character and controller used in any preview or trailer footage are not included in this pack.
Thanks for the support and I really hope it ends up being useful in your projects.
